Events - Clos des Fleurs - a self-catering gite near Bayeux, Normandy

The following calendar highlights the main festivals and events which happen annually in Normandy - all are within a day trip of the Clos des Fleurs. Highlights we recommend include: the D-Day events in June through-out Calvados; the medieval festival in Bayeux in July; horse racing and music events in high summer; foodie events in Autumn; evocative Christmas markets in December.

It is worth pointing out that a short walk from Clos des Fleurs is Juaye Mondaye Abbey - famous in Normandy for its annual programme of music and art events from July to October.
